- 3 years in middle management looking after both warehousing and Distribution at two different South African Breweries Ltd depots.
- 4 years as a Depot Manager of third largest South African Breweries Ltd Depots (won 3 gold awards for depot which is recognition of top 3 status & 2 Managing Director awards which is recognition of being the best depot in SA).
- 4 years in senior management as part of the executive team looking after all operations with the Cape Region of South African Breweries (most of North, Western, & Eastern Cape). All operations included 6 Depots, 3 Distributors, Primary Distribution to the Cape region and Namibia, Exports to 26 countries, Regional Risk Management, Corporate governance, Information Technology support for 400 users, and operational projects. Projects included new depots, distribution footprints, national route to market strategy, change management interventions, SAP implementations, and more.
